How we conducted our registry cleaner review

Straight up we discovered all the registry cleaners for sale on the internet and obtained each and every one. Wanting to give our readers a total review we decided to purchase all of them and put them to the test.

After testing them all on a range of computers with registries chocked full we came up with a final four. The gap between these four and the rest of the cleaners was the amount of junk obtained from the tests.

There was no doubt that the less expensive programs were not finding unused files while the quality, more expensive programs, were covering all registry clutter.

The Conclusion

Quality is number one! In our registry cleaner tests we found four scanners that outperformed from the rest. However there was one that went into a little more detail than the rest and that cleaner was RegistryFix. RegistryFix dug much deeper and also traced more junk and unwanted files amongst the registries on multiple computers.
